Cross-renting or assignment of contract are not

General terms and conditions are in compliance with
laws and regulations in force for all apartments for
rent.
Deposit : 25% of the gross amount of the rental +
Processing fee.
Prices include : - One week rental (7 nights),
electricity and heating costs…
Prices do not include :
- Resort tax (€0.85 per day and per person over 16
in 2008),
- Deposit: from €150 to €1000, by credit card imprint not charged.,
- Agency administrative expenses: €20 (paid with
deposit)
- End of stay cleaning service is not include
(apartment should be left clean and tidy).
Therefore,
this service is available from €25 to
€100, depending on the apartment.
- Optional linen service is available: full pack
(Sheets, pillowcases, towels, cloth, rugs, bath).
Simple pack costs €15 and double
pack €18.
The pack is available at the agency the
day of the arrival.
Delivery of the keys and linen packs on Saturday, at
the agency.
